Lean Strategy Action
After the Planning session, you and your strategic planning team work with your Lean Strategy Coach to take Action.

Taking action can be as simple as placing your strategic actions on a backlog and tracking progress from week to week as reported by the owner. Or, it can involve breaking down the strategic actions into tasks and tracking the progress of each task on a Kanban (task board). If very large, a strategic action can become an entire project.

Action Activities

Action consists of preparing each action, executing your plan task by task, tracking progress of each action, and fine-tuning.
