Lean Strategy - Planning
Once Discovery efforts are complete, your Lean Strategy Coach will guide you through Lean Strategy Planning by facilitating the strategic planning session.

Strategic planning sessions can be held at your site or virtually, but ideally are held at an off-site location to minimize distractions common during the business day. Sessions last as little as four hours and as long as two days, depending upon the size and history of the organization, the number of participants in the planning session, and whether your business already has an established mission, vision and goals.

Planning Activities

In following the Lean philosophy, Planning is also a simple process that follows the Lean philosophy.  First, the Lean Strategy Coach summarizes the results of discovery, which was finalized with input from your planning leadership. Then, together the team identifies strategic needs, determines strategic actions, and assigns ownership. The team closes with a session recap, and closes by identifying lessons learned that can be applied for the next session.
